Client: Storytrails. This 11-year-old company has hosted thousands of visitors from all over the world on their walking tours. Operating in the cities of Chennai, Pondicherry, Madurai and Trivandrum, it has consistently occupied the #1 rank on Tripadvisor.
Brief: Branching into audio tours, Storytrails required a neutral English-speaking accent to voice their tours, and a content manager for their blog and social media platforms.
Project: I worked with the founder to voice several tours. I also worked on a comprehensive content marketing plan for the brand’s blog and social media pages, which I then went on to manage. The blog required cleaning up, updating, reorganising and writing. We found ways to engage guests and encourage repeat business on the brand’s social media platforms, and through responses to Tripadvisor reviews. The posts saw a huge uptick in organic engagement across Facebook, Instagram and Twitter.
